Ingredients:

125g non-fatĀ Greek yoghurt (use
dairy free yoghurt if preferred)
1 small banana, sliced
7g flaked almonds
5g sunflower seeds
1 tsp acacia honey (optional)
SERVES 1

Method:

Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
Top with the banana, almonds, seeds and
honey.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate
for up to 2 days.
