This is an amazing transformation by my client Nigel. In 5 months, Nigel lost 18 kilos and 75cms. Nigel’s nutrition mainly consisted of lean protein and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. One of Nigel’s biggest problems when he first started was having too many social drinks, so we got him to cut down on his drinking and follow a more structured nutrition program.
Nigel’s training consisted of heavy weight training and big compound lifts such as bench press, dead lift and squat, and high intensity circuit training for cardio and for fat loss.
The reason Nigel has got such amazing results has definitely come down to his consistency with his nutrition and his training. Since we’ve started, Nigel has followed every single thing that I’ve given him nutrition wise and made all of his own meals and has also come to every single session and done every thing I’ve asked him to.
