Recipe of the week – Banana yoghurt

Ingredients: 125g non-fat Greek yoghurt (use dairy free yoghurt if preferred) 1 small banana, sliced 7g flaked almonds 5g sunflower seeds 1 tsp acacia honey (optional) SERVES 1 Method: Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
