Amazing transformation by client Fabiano who lost 5% and increased muscle by over 5kg in 6 months. In the first photo he had never trained before only played some sport.
We didn’t count or measure any food, simply increased lean protein, decreased processed carbohydrates but mainly ate vegetables and some fruit, and ate healthy fats where possible.
He trained 3 days a week with me initially and after 12 weeks did an initial 2 weights sessions himself. Weight training consisted of compound movements such as bench press, shoulder press, pull ups, squats, deadlifts & lunges. Performed heavy with low reps or with higher reps in push/pull supersets.
Cardio consisted by high intensity interval training and abs were performed most days. This transformation was not rocket science, just work hard in the gym, eating healthy natural foods and be consistent.
