Hi. Phil the Fat Burner here. In this article, I want to talk about the number one reason why people see results or they don’t see results. That’s definitely consistency or a lack of consistency.
When I talk about body transformations, there’s five keys to success. That’s weight training, cardio, nutrition, accountability and support. People that don’t see results, they’re lacking in one or more of those areas. The people that get great results are always consistent in this areas.
People who get great results, they do weight training at least two to three times a week. They do cardio at least two to three times a week. They’re eating foods that are healthy.
For accountability, they’re tracking their food and measuring their food and also tracking the weights that they lift. They’re also tracking their body measurements. With support, they’ve either got gym buddies that they train with or they get support from friends and family at home who are also eating healthy and training.
Now, if you’re consistent for at least 12 weeks, that’s enough time to see really great results. Where it becomes even more powerful, is when you’re consistent for 12 weeks, 6 months, 12 months and years. That’s where you’re going to see really great results, not only in the way that you look but also your fitness and your strength and how you feel.
