Frequently Asked Questions

How often do I have to train?

I will create a program that fits around your lifestyle, however ideally I would like you to train at least 3 times per week.

Will I get results following the program?

If you follow training and nutrition program yes you’ll great a good results plus I’ll be keeping you accountable throughout the program.

Will I get enough support from you?

Yes in fact most clients probably hear from me to often but I know having a support network and accountability is the key to results. I’m here to make sure you do it.

Do I get a meal plan?

No you get customised calorie and macronutrient targets updated fortnightly. I use a flexible dieting approach where you eat the foods you like as long as you stay within your targets. I’ve found from experience that most clients don’t stick to a meal plans plus I’d rather teach you how to eat so you can keep your results for life.

How much does it cost?

My programs vary between 60-150 per week which is billed monthly

Is there a minimum committment?

Yes it is a 12-week commitment

I’m a beginner can I still do the program?

Yes I can tailor workouts to any fitness level whether it’s beginner or advanced Athletes. And I can write programs for at home or the gym.
