This is an amazing transformation by my client Sam. Even though Sam didn’t lose a lot of weight you can clearly see that her girth measurements have gone down, her body fat’s gone down, she’s toned up and improved her posture.
 
Sam’s diet consisted of mainly lean protein, lot of vegetables, some fruits, and she really tried to cut back on processed foods. Her training consisted of doing compound lifts such as bench press, squat, and dead lift. Followed by high intensity circuit training.
 
Sam’s biggest problem is always getting into a routine. As soon as she was able to consistently be in a routine of preparing her meals in advance, that’s when she started to get really great results.
 
Sam’s second problem was that she works a lot. Therefore she was time poor in terms of having time to make food or train. We really needed exercises that she could go in and should get done quickly, therefore, that’s why we went with the strength training followed by high intensity circuit training.
 
We also wanted to make sure that she did prepare all her meals because she was time poor so she was less likely to grab things on the go.
 
Sam’s strength levels and fitness levels have improved immensely. Not only does she look better, she’s stronger, and she can run faster and further. This is a transformation I’m truly proud of especially because she didn’t have to lose a lot of weight, but was still able to change her body drastically.
