Small Group Training is the latest fitness industry trend and it’s making personal training more accessible and affordable. Small group training provides the opportunity to share the cost but still reap the benefits of having a personal trainer.

My Small Group Training Program is ideal if you want to get strong, increase fitness, lean down and build lean muscle!

Sessions will involve a structured weights program that is updated every 4-6 weeks. You will be using mainly barbells, dumbbells, benches and pull ups bars. You will share each session with a maximum of 4 people so there’s of time for me to correct and fix your form.

You will learn how to lift weights safely and correctly. You will progress from week to week which vital to building lean muscle. You will feel empowered with the confidence that you’ll know what you’re doing on the gym floor even when you’re not training with me.

I’m a beginner can I still do the sessions?
